My partner has a 2 bedroom council house in Birmingham.

He wants to move to Leeds as we are at the stage in our relationship to be closer in proximity and build together. We are looking to swap with someone who has a council house in Leeds and wants to move to Birmingham.
Preferably a 2 bedroom flat/house as well but we will consider a one bedroom house/flat providing that it’s a council house too.
