We have a 3 point security check in place for any new cleaners we employ. Firstly we carry out a face to face interview. Next we carry out a thorough background check which includes verifying references. Finally we ensure photocopies of ID are held on file, these must include a piece of photographic identification for example a passport or driving licence plus proof of address by way of a recent household bill.

We are committed to following guidelines and advice set out by W.H.O and local/ international authorities, ensuring that any changes to such guidelines are implemented immediately.

We are advising any staff members showing symptoms to self isolate for 14 days. We also ask that any clients showing symptoms cancel the service temporarily. We have instructed our cleaners to ensure antibacterial cleaner is used on all suitable surfaces and that high traffic areas such as light switches, door handles and banisters are sanitized. All staff are told to frequently wash their hands. Separate cloths will continue be used in separate homes and businesses.
If anyone is put in self isolation. We can still provide some sort of service by doing things like grocery shopping, running errands, chatting over the phone and whatever else we possibly can.
