I can assess your goals and current life style situation, and help you achieve good health- providing you with fun and effective work outs, training programmes and nutritional advice.

I am looking to work with female clients over 40 years of age who are wanting to either do a full body transformation, or improve areas such as strength and flexibility.

I specialise in booty sculpting and conditioning-

I can also take small group bookings as well as one to one training.

All sessions will be taken in the park- unless agreed other wise.

I uses resistance bands, skipping ropes and boxing gloves.
