I coach fitness and nutrition for anyone. I am particularly good with beginners, mature clients and those looking for motivation, inspiration and simple ideas that fit into daily life.
I train actors too – and those wanting to get into acting as a profession. I have worked all over the world as a performer and I also teach acting, voice, audition prep., Shakespeare, scene-work, daily practice, fitness for actors – and much more. I’ve acted at the RSC, National Theatre, Shakespeare’s Globe – as well as (pretty much) all the other well known Theatres in the UK and US. I have taught at Mountview, RADA, GSA, Bristol Old Vic Theatre School – and also at university level in the US.
I have found that in both fitness and acting, people often simply need ideas for regular practice that they can then implement by themselves. Others need regular nudges for motivational reasons – encouragement, kindness and reminders about what is effective. I’m happy helping with either or both – or anything tailor-made for the individual. My belief is that self-confidence is often what humans need to build – an inner knowledge that they’re doing things that are good for themselves, what they need to do – and the world.
