2 hour class at £60.00pp
30 min – explaining the core effects and origins of each spice
15 min – discuss each dish and start prepping
45 min – start cooking and talk through all stages and effects of different cooking methods. Take part or watch entirely upto the client.
30 min – try the dishes and answer any questions.
you will walk away with your 30 min recipe for four different dishes and most importantly the confidence and ease on cooking up your own.
Classes will run on Sunday afternoon, refreshments will be provided.
