My name is Louise Crosby, and I decided to venture into a new way of working after many years of experience as a Personal Assistant in a number of professions including banking, education, the NHS, recruitment and business training.
Due to my son being born deaf, my life took a very different path for a number of years and in order to fulfil his potential I became a communicator in British Sign Language supporting young deaf students in college. Now that he is more independent I am able to follow my new adventure.
All that I can currently deliver for my hearing clients, I can also provide for my deaf and hard of hearing clients with a deaf aware approach including BSL or clear lip pattern in English.
