this is a argos and stanley vintage carrige with a 147cc villers engine in it’s full pattena and has all original parts from the 1948/49 era you can look the company up on line as there is a restored one in a muesem,any questions i will try to answer,it doe’s not have a v5 as it was registered with whorster concil befor dvla exsisted so no paper work but no which direction to go if you wanted to regiser it.
