Abhyanga:

Ayurvedic herb oil massage is a pre-panchakarma treatment that improves blood circulation, muscle recovery and flexibility, skin conditioning for glossy skin.

Navarakhizi:

Perspiration-triggering body scrub with use of medicated herbal rice. Extremely effective against rheumatism, joint and muscle pain, back pain, knee pain, nervous weaknesses. It may also get rid off certain skin problems.

Patra Pottali Sweda:

In this procedure the leaves packet is used after heating in the medicated oil then rubbed vigorously over the entrie body focusing on the muscles and joints.

Raktamokshan

Ayurvedic leech therapy by Hirudo medicinalis. It is one of the panchakarma treatments mainly for circulation and cardiovascular diseases. Indications are still any aches or pain/knees, lower back, shoulders/ preventing injuries, diabetes wounds, swollen legs, varicose veins, skin disorders, hairloss, beauty face lift mask that bite doesn’t have to be on your face.
