I have liability insurance of £10,000,000 and all finds of value are split 50/50 with the landowner. All items found will be offered to you, the landowner for first refusal.
I have found £1000’s of historical items and my finds have been featured in publications and some are currently on display in museums.
All rubbish/scrap items will be removed from your land and disposed of, good way to clear your land for your animals etc.
